The CapsRoadCrew will be traveling to Norfolk, VA to see
the Portland Pirates play the Norfolk Admirals at the Scope
on Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19, 2005 at 7:30pm.
The CRC will make arrangements for group tickets and they
are available for one or both of these games but priority
must be given to those purchasing tickets to both games. Individual
transportation and lodging arrangements will be up to anyone
attending. Please notify the trip coordinator if you'd like
to be included in carpool or hotel sharing arrangements.
Current plans: As members
of the Crew will have their tickets in advance of this trip,
we will all meet up at the game on both nights. Plans will
likely arise for get-togethers in Norfolk that weekend but
are currently only in the planning stage.
The cost will be $14 per ticket and while the group discount
is not substantial, joining your fellow Caps fans in cheering
on the Pirates should be a good time. While we will not begin
accepting payment for this trip until 2/1/05, it is advised
to contact Sherri at sherri@capsroadcrew.com ASAP to reserve your ticket. A reservation should be considered
a firm commitment, as it will be used to finalize the group
plans and others' reservations. For more information on this
