CRC Carolina trip details
Wow, the trip is only 10 days away! I can't wait to get going already. We are all meeting up outside the Sports Authority at the Springfield Mall around 9am and we want to depart no later than 9:30. If you are running late, get lost, or have any last minute questions, please don't hesitate to give me a call at 301/602-0882. Below is a map of the area around the mall and the mall's website if you want to plot directions from your area. We'll have our banner up and the buses will say "Morgan's" on the side so we should be easy to find. Please come see someone with a clipboard to check in before you board a bus.

Everyone is welcome to bring snacks and beverages on board. You may bring your own small cooler, one that will fit under the seat or in the overhead. We will have a few community
coolers on the bus and sodas available. And of course, there is plenty of space under the bus. If you would like to split your refreshments in half, you can stow your return trip beverages/snacks under the bus and ice them while we are at the game.
We are all set with most of the provisions for the tailgate party. We'll be having chili, burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, mac & cheese, and dirty rice. There is also vegetarian fare for those who would prefer it.
If you would like to pitch in and bring an item, we have set up a webpage with a list of the items that we still need. Email me if you would like to bring an item from the list and I'll remove it from the webpage. Some items are listed more than once, as I think we will need too much for one person to bring. If you would like to bring a side dish or dessert, please let me know if it needs any on-site preparation and please don't bring any serving dishes or serving utensils that it would break your heart to lose.
I'll need contact phone numbers for everyone for that morning, just in case there are any game-day changes to the itinerary. (There never are but it's better to be prepared.) So if you could please reply to this email with a contact number for you for that morning, we'll be ready to go.
For those of you meeting up with us at RBC Center, here is a map of the area. We expect to be in the bus parking lot near Lot 1 around 1:30. If you have trouble finding us, feel free to give me a call. 301/602-0882
